By accessing and using the AcharOnde website and services (“Platform”), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the service

AcharOnde is a local directory that organises and displays information about businesses and professionals (address, phone, opening hours, contact links, etc.) to help users find and contact them. The Platform does not sell or intermediate transactions between users and businesses.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Platform to look up information and contacts of listed businesses, provided you do so lawfully and without violating third-party rights. Use for illegal or abusive purposes, unauthorised mass automation (scraping), or anything that impairs the service is prohibited.

3. Business registration

Businesses that register or have their information published on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy and updating of their data. AcharOnde may correct or remove incorrect information or information that does not comply with these policies.

4. Intellectual property and content

The layout, brands and proprietary content of AcharOnde are protected by law. Content submitted by users or businesses (text, images) may be used on the Platform in accordance with the purpose of the service and our Privacy Policy .

5. Disclaimer and limitation

AcharOnde is not responsible for agreements, dealings or relationships between users and listed establishments. The quality of products or services, prices and availability are the responsibility of each business. Use of the information and contacts is at the user’s own risk.

6. Changes and governing law

We may change these Terms at any time, with notice on the site. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. In case of conflict, Portuguese law applies, with jurisdiction in the user’s place of residence.
